About us
Root Cause Collective was founded in 2022 by freelancers Glyn Thomas and Rebecca Turner.Having worked for and with over 100 charities and not-for-profits between them, they wanted a way to collaborate together, and with other talented freelancers they know, to deliver great work for organisations needing support.
Glyn is a digital communications consultant and web developer based in Berlin. He’s been working with NGOs and charities for the past 15 years, and as a freelancer since 2016. He currently spends a lot of time working on projects that integrate campaigning and fundraising. Glyn’s current clients are based in the UK, Europe and USA.
Rebecca is a freelance strategist, facilitator and trainer based in Camberwell, London. She’s been working with and for charities for over a decade to help them grow the impact of their digital campaigning and fundraising.
